As Managing Director, Roderick charts the company’s direction, ensures consistent value delivery to clients, and nurtures a high-performing team.
Roderick previously served as Commercial Head for China & Southeast Asia at Ethypharm, a French specialty pharmaceutical firm. There, he implemented new processes for data collection and analysis, realigned the Commercial team’s priorities, and led pilot projects in digital sales channels. He also spent five years at an EdTech start-up, where he rose to become Vice President of Asia Pacific and served as a Board Member.
He is passionate about building cross-border ventures that create meaningful, lasting impact. Outside of work, Roderick is a spinning enthusiast and enjoys spending time on the tennis court.
Roderick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
